Returning Your Item

For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return address label with each order. Once we recieve your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that each financial institution functions differently in regards to time tables on returning funds into your account.

How to Return Your Item

1. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
2. Please call Customer Service at 0039-051862928 prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a Return Number.
3. Complete the Return Policy Form. Please write the Return Number in the upper-right hand corner of the form. We ask you to please fill out this form completlely, including the Reason Returned, so that we may better assist you in the future.
4. Include this form in the box.
5. Detach the pre-printed return address label and place this over the original shipping label.
6. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
7. We do not inlcude free shipping for returned items. You will be charged for shipping expenses for each return plus a $10.00 processing fee.
8. If you choose another carrier, the package must be insured. If the package is not insured and by chance we do not recieve the item/items, you will not recieve reinbursment.
9. The item must be in the original condition as when it was recieved from Just Firme. This includes, never being worn,used,washed,altered, and tags must not be torn from the item.

Size Is Important

Remember, size is important on any fit. Sizes vary for each designer because there is are not set standards in the garment industry. If you are having trouble how to measure yourself, we have some suggestions.

• Waist measurments should be taken around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose. You can take into consideration that the new style for women are "Low Waisted" or "Extra Low Waisted". If this is the case, place the tape where you would like the waist line to hit, and complete the measurement.
• Chest measurments should be measured under your arms. The tape should be circled around the largest part of your chest.
• Hips can be measured by circling the tape around the part of your body that is fullest, between your waist and crotch area.
• Inseam is not important these days, because almost naturally we all have our pants hemmed or taken out a bit. It is almost impossible to find a perfect legnth in pants. But to measure your inseam, find a pair of pants that fit best length wise and measure from the crotch tothe bottom of the leg.
